| Company Profile | INNOVATECH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. was established in 1987. The primary businesses of my company is in the Plastics Injection Molding - custom Molder. We cater to a wide spectrum of Multi-National Corporation OEM industries such as the Automotive industry, Electronics (audio / audio visual products), Appliances, Kitchen ware, Electrical, Leisure, etc. We accept small volume production eg. 10,000 units. Our machines tonnage currently available range from 25 tons to 280 tons - total number of machines 16 units complete with robotic arm both swing and traverse type. In our expansion plan we are planning to upgrade our machine capacity from 350 tons up to 850 tons in order to cater for larger products.
MATERIALS USED: - General thermoplastics such as ABS, HIPS/MIPS, PP, PC, GPPS, PVC, EVA, TPE, HDPE, TPU, etc. - Speciality engineering plastics such as ACRYLIC, AS, SAN, Glassfilled PP, NYLON, PBT, PEEK, PET, POM, PPS, PPO, etc. Besides custom molding, we also provides post molding activities such as; Products Assembly and Packing, secondary process - Silkscreen printing, hot stamping, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, spray painting, etc. WE provides complete toolings fabrications and services such as Mold Making and Maintenance, fabrication of Jigs and fixtures, product prototyping, mold design and other related activities. Our Experiences: AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS MANUFACTURING: We are a OEM Supplier (vendor) to PROTON, Malaysia National Car manufacturer since 1988. CONSUMER ELECTRONICS COMPONENT MANUFACTURING: We are also a OEM Supplier to JVC Electronics, Japanese Multi national company known for Quality Audio / Audio Visual consumer Electronics manufacturer, world wide.
