If you are experiencing a problem and you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), click at the IE Tools option. Click again on the Internet Option. Once the Internet Option window appeared, click on the Advanced tab. Scroll downward until you reached the Java VM section. The option for "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart)" must be ticked.
