student help

Dear sir,
I am Rajsekhar Paul, male aged 23,studying in IIT kharagpur,India
in phd program in chemistry.My father is poor farmer. My mother is
a housewife and my only brother is a school going boy. Thus we are
four members in our family with a gross annual income of Rs.12000
only ($240 approx). I have always been a paying student.
Unfortunately during the recent flood, all our crop fields have
been washed away and this has thrown our family into an acute
financial problems. I am planing to take the GRE Aand TOEFL this
year for doing research in USA.But i am afraid of the fees for
filling the application forms . presently there is no money in my
hand and do not know how to pay it .I am not a recipient of any
other scholarships or any sort of financial help.If yours heart
really cries for me, then please grant me a scholarship, grant me
the prayer and help me to go ahead. US $ 40-50 will be more than
sufficient for me. You can send the money to me by money order. i
assure that i will MUST return this money to you as soon as i get
my scholarship in universities.
